The EuphausiiDB web application provides access to transcriptomic data of species belonging to the Euphausiidae family. It displays global information about assemblies and readsets including summary reports about the outputs of the various bioinformatics tools used to analyse the primary data. It also provides advanced search features allowing to look for specific annotations. All result files and sequences can be downloaded from within the application.
