Because of technical problem we encounter yesterday afternoon on the NZ file server, we are going to procide to a global operation.
All cluster ressources and services will be unavailable this Friday from 13:30 pm to 18:00 pm, for multiple update operations.
The main concerned services are :
- NZ server (bioinfo.sb-roscoff.fr) : file server /projet, /scratch, etc.
- Cluster : all the nodes
- Galaxy :
