Activities
ABiMS offers custom developments to research teams within the framework of scientific collaborations formalised as projects.
The services offered consist of 5 activities:
- Software engineering: web appliance, software, database creation
- Bioinformatics analysis: data analysis (RNA-seq, assembly, etc.), workflows, etc.
- E-infrastructure: computing cluster, Galaxy, JBrowse, Apollo, R, storage space or bio-informatics tools
- Support: support request for the use of platform resources (software, data, etc.)
- Training: bioinformatics methods and software training
To ensure the quality of our services, we have implemented a quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standard, which was originally certified in 2014 and has been approved to the ISO 9001:2015 standard since December 2017. The quality policy of the ABiMS platform is described in this document.
