FUTURE-OBS Hydromed data & code now avaliable

In the framework of the FUTURE-OBS project, and in response to a request from data modeling partners, a dataset including physico-chemical surface measurements from sampling stations in the North West Mediterranean has been built using a Jupyter Noteboook. The latter extracts and uniformizes data from two primary datasets by using a series of filters (spatial, temporal, parameters, quality flags) and generates a consolidated dataset.

The resulting dataset has been deposited on SeaNOE: https://doi.org/10.17882/101587

The Jupyter Notebook is available in ABIMS' GitLab: https://gitlab.sb-roscoff.fr/future-obs/wp5/hydrochimie-cotier-med  and has been registered in the Software Heritage Initiative
